Living in Portland, Oregon means living with rain; lots and lots of rain.  While there are many other places in the country that receive more annual rainfall than Portland, it is the consistent precipitation that makes Portland special.  With all of the moisture comes the lush green beauty that Portland residents know and love.  The other aspect of the abundant rain is the need to channel it away from a home’s foundation, as well as off of a home or building’s roof system.
