These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://roofportland.com (the “Site”) and any related services, forms, or communications provided by ELEMENTS CONTRACTING LLC dba Elements Roofing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Oregon LLC. By accessing the Site or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Binding Service Contract via Website

The Site provides information about our roofing, siding, emergency repair, maintenance, and related services. Nothing on the Site (including quote requests, forms, estimates, or availability info) creates a binding contract for services. A legally binding agreement for work exists only upon execution of a separate written proposal, contract, or work order signed by you and an authorized Company representative. Preliminary estimates are non-binding and subject to on-site inspection, permits, codes, and other factors.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false/misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality.
